Your data

Forms send your name, contact, city, chosen car, calculation and optional information to VIVA CRM. We process enquiries and pre-contract steps under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), other correspondence under legitimate interest (f), legal obligations (c) and claims (f). This is not marketing consent. Do not submit identity documents, PESEL or passenger data.

Analytics with consent only

After acceptance we collect a random session identifier, page path without parameters, broad referral source, language, device category, actions and active viewing time. No screen recordings, typed text or mouse movement; no IP stored in our analytics database. Analytics older than 90 days is deleted on the next write. Your choice lasts 180 days. Session data uses sessionStorage; language and privacy preferences use localStorage. Refusal does not restrict the website. Withdraw in privacy settings. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a).

Recipients, retention and rights

Hosting: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Enquiries: authorised VIVA staff and CRM infrastructure providers. Telegram and TikTok have their own policies when you follow their links. Infrastructure may involve transfers outside the EEA under GDPR safeguards and provider agreements. Enquiries are kept as needed for handling the enquiry, contracts, statutory accounting and claims. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object and complain to UODO. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. No automated financing decisions are made on this website.

Offers and calculators

Listings and calculations help compare options. Availability, condition and terms are confirmed before signing. Submitting a form does not purchase or reserve a car. Prices are gross for the car alone unless expressly stated otherwise. Insurance, fuel, servicing, repairs and partner fees are separate. Plans include the initial payment, instalments and any final payment; rounding may adjust the last instalment. Ownership transfers after all contractual conditions are met. Resale values, earnings and VAT benefits are not guaranteed. Confirm VAT eligibility with your accountant.

Contracts and complaints

KROK is not a bank. The legal arrangement, rights and obligations depend on the individual contract and applicable law. Full costs, insurance, liability and termination terms are provided before signing. Send website complaints to the contact above with a description. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Safe contact

Check the listing number, company identity and payment recipient. Do not pay based solely on a message from an unknown account. Verify payment details through the official manager contact and contractual documents. Never share passwords, bank codes or documents in public groups. Report suspicious messages to the manager.
